HIRE TERMS 

Full Day Hire is based on a 8:30am-5:30pm, 9 hour day.

Half Day Hires 8:30am - 12:30pm or 1pm - 5:00pm. (4 hour blocks)

Overtime is charged at $100 p/h or part thereof.

Please notify if you require an early bump in.

Fresh cyc floor paint is charged at $120 and will be freshly painted on request only. 72 hours notice required.

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of booking date will require 100% payment.

We accept direct bank transfer, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX & DINERS.

1.9% fee will apply to all credit card transactions.

Photographic Stills and Film Shoots w/o sound

Full Day Hire: $800 +gst

Half Day Hire: $500 +gst

*Weekend rates – add $100 +gst

*Early opening fee before 8am - add $50 +gst

Film Shoots Recording Sound

Full Day Hire: $1000 +gst

Half Day Hire: $700 +gst

Please note: All Time Studios is not soundproofed. Although we do everything we can to keep noise to a minimum, we cannot guarantee absolute silence throughout the day.  

We highly recommend visiting the studio prior to your shoot to ensure the space is suitable for your needs. 

PARKING

There is a loading zone directly out front of the studio to unload and free on-street parking available, with a mix of 1 hour, 2 hour and all day spaces available. Please see street signage.

INVOICES WILL BE ISSUED PRIOR TO SHOOT DAY

Background Paper Rolls: $60 hire + $10 per meter used/damaged. 

Full range of Background Seamless Paper Rolls for Purchase $200 (please notify at least 72 hours in advance).

WALL FLATS

Wall Flats 2.4m x 3.6m - White Double sided on wheels: $200
